All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will made and ready to ship within 5-7 business days from our studio in Vilnius, Lithuania. Delivery is made by LP express mailbox and Lithuanian post (www.post.lt)
All our items are listed as “made to order” and are handmade. Every piece is dedicated and made to the person who ordered it, using old traditional skills. Type of such quality work takes time, so please note before ordering. It can take 5 to 7 working days to produce a product. We want your item to be perfect, so thank you for understanding!
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Credit or Debit card. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon completion of the packing of your order by UNTAL. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
At UNTAL store your satisfaction is always our top priority, and protecting your privacy is an important part of our job, therefore we are committed to handle all personal information with the greatest care and accordance with the principles described below and in compliance with the applicable data protection laws.
Our privacy practices are in line with requirements set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
On the website, you have the option to set up a personal customer account for the online shop (hereinafter – the “my account”). You can save your personal information in your customer account for extra convenience when you make purchases in the online shop.
To open your personal customer account, UNTAL needs the following compulsory information: your email adress and user name. You can also save your postal address and telephone number to enable your orders to be processed. We will use your telephone number to arrange the delivery time with you if necessary.
Once you have registered successfully, you will automatically receive a confirmation by e-mail with link (if you didn’t get a letter with link, please check spam box, sometimes it goes there). The e-mail address you provide is also used as the access name for your customer account.
You can update your details at any time in the personal information section of your customer account.
To fulfill your order, you must provide us with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information.
If you have opened a customer account with us, you will be prompted to log in to your customer account with your e-mail address during the order process. You will be asked to enter a billing address, which can then be saved in your customer account and used for future orders. You can change or supplement the saved or new details at any time during the order process. With customer account you can also track your order journey.
You can contact us at any time using the contact form on the website. You can, for example, ask us whether a specific item is available or ask us to tell you as soon as a specific item becomes available again. We will collect, process and use the information that you provide in the relevant contact inquiry only to process your inquiry.
The website gives you the option of subscribing to our electronic newsletter. If you have given your consent, we will use your first name and your e-mail address – which you have saved either in your customer account or when placing an order as a guest or when signing up for the newsletter separately – to send you the latest offers, personalized advertising from us about our products, and news from UNTAL by e-mail. The newsletter provides information about new outfits and current product trends, tells you about our special events, promotions and competitions, and recommends products in line your interests, for example. When you have registered successfully for the newsletter, you will automatically receive an e-mail with confirmation. You can withdraw your newsletter consent and stop receiving the newsletter in future by using the contact details in Contacting us at any time. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

The Right to Erasure (The right to be forgotten): 1) In a similar way to how you can object to our processing your data, you have the right in some instances to have us destroy all the data we hold on you.; 2) We maintain and follow a retention policy and your data will not be held for longer than the defined retention period without good reason and without consulting our internal data privacy experts; 3) Nonetheless, should you want us to remove our records of your data prior to the end of our defined retention period, please contact us.

We will treat all of your information in strict confidence and we will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep your personal data secure once it has been transferred to our systems. The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. We ship Monday through Friday and do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Most international orders include tracking information. International tracking information is not updated as frequently as domestic shipments and may cease updating once the package leaves Lithuania. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the Lithuanian post.
Standard shipping does NOT include insurance.
Please note, shipping duration is an estimate only. Due to customs delays and other factors outside of our control, orders may take longer to arrive. UNTAL cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
If you don’t receive your order within 30 days, please write to us and we will start the investigation process with our post office. After investigation (in some cases it might take up to 90 days and this is beyond our control), if it appears that the parcel is lost, we will make a refund or send you new item(s)!
If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out us and we’ll do everything we can to locate it. If your package is marked as having been delivered, please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance.
*Please note that it usually takes more time than regularly for the orders to be shipped during the Christmas season. The shipping service/time of the packages are beyond our control.
**Shipping update for the FESTIVE SEASON: please note that during the festive season regular shipping via National Post Services is getting slower and with unexpected delays. Therefore, if you plan to receive your order by the Christmas time, we would recommend you to choose Express shipping option, which is a faster and safer way!
Customer/recipient of an international shipment is responsible for payment of any duties, taxes and fees that may be applied by the destination country. We do recommend contacting your local customs for more information.
Please note that uncollected items are not refunded.
If delivery cannot be made to a customer due to the customer not being present at the address at the time allotted by the carrier, or if any customer refuses to accept the products on delivery, we reserve the right to charge for the cost of returning products to us.
Please contact us before ordering with any questions or sizing concerns. We are more than happy to help with sizing to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase! However if item doesn’t fit as you had hoped or the fabric is not as you imagined please inform us and we will do everything what is possible to make it right!
We do accept returns and exchanges:
Please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of your package with your intention to return your order. Please purchase “tracking” from your post office before returning item(s) and provide us with the tracking number. Once your item arrives back with us we will contact you to arrange a replacement item you are happy with or refund your money.
Note: shipping costs of returned items, including items for exchange, are at the buyer’s expense and will not be refunded. Shipping costs will also not be refunded for uncollected items and we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
The items can’t be returned or exchanged:
custom orders (shorter/longer length, personalized items).
All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means: unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached. UNTAL reserves the right to refuse to refund money or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
All orders are shipped to your provided address during check out. We will not be able to change the shipping address once the order has been shipped.
You can use the online shop without having an existing customer account. In this case, you can enter the information needed for us to process your order in the form entitled ‘Your Billing Address’ during the order process (title, first name, last name, postal address and e-mail address) and send these details directly to UNTAL.
UNTAL obtain information about you when you use our website, buy from us, or contact us in any way (email, social media, calls, mail). We primarily collect your data when you buy from us, contact us about products and services, or if you register to receive our email newsletter or order.UNTAL collects, processes and uses your personal data only to the extent described below.
When you create a personal account, you must also create a personal user name . You will be held responsible for all purchases made through your email adress and user name. Please double check that all information are entered correctly.
